WHO?
Our client pioneered the first significant Crypto game on Ethereum. Later transforming into the Web3 juggernaut known as DapperLabs.
WHY?
CryptoKitties was experiencing its “internet moment”. Demand was so high that it all but crashed the Ethereum Blockchain and players had a voracious appetite for collectible digital assets.
HOW?
Erly Stage studios collaborated with the clients creative team to help support the delivery of the creative digital assets that formed the visual layer for the NFTs. The team was asked to build two different types of assets.
1. Ideation and creation of Whole Kitties e.g. Schrödinger’s Cat, Chocolate Kitty, Cosmo Kitty.
2. Creative generative art assets and drawing them from scratch and also working at the bleeding edge of onchain Web3 generative art.
Internal teams and external vendors worked together on producing the creative assets. Erly Stage Studios were one of the many vendors participating in contributing to the Crypto Kitty Assets. We are in complete of where the game has got to today with over 3.5 million cats sold.
